Lounge
The large comfortable lounge complete with stone fireplace and a gas fired wood burner providing cosy warmth for those colder winter evenings. Widescreen TV with freeview and Video/DVD.

Kitchen
As you prepare your breakfast in the large kitchen you can admire the wonderful panoramic views down through the valley, where the cattle graze. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, firdge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

First Floor
Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with a double bed and one also has a single bed and cot, all with pretty cotton linen. There is a spacious bathroom and an adjoining second toilet. There is a bed settee in the lounge if required. Towel hire is available at £7.00 per bundle per week.

Garden

Large garden to relax or play.

Play Barn
The play barn has a wide selection of toys and a Wendy House for the children, along with a full size table tennis, snooker and pool table, darts anda piano. This room iswidet appreciated by our guests and is ideal in less favourable weather or to keep the children amused whist dinner is being prepared. There is a small charge for the play barn.
