Lounge
The large comfortable lounge complete with stone fireplace and a gas fired wood burner providing cosy warmth for those colder winter evenings. Widescreen TV with freeview and Video/DVD.

Kitchen
As you prepare your breakfast in the large kitchen you can admire the wonderful panoramic views down through the valley, where the cattle graze. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

First Floor
Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with a double bed and one also has a single bed and cot, all with pretty cotton linen. There is a spacious bathroom and an adjoining second toilet. There is a bed settee in the lounge if required. Towel hire is available at £7.00 per bundle per week.

Garden

Large garden to relax or play.

Play Barn
The play barn has a wide selection of toys and a Wendy House for the children, along with a full size table tennis, snooker and pool table, darts and a piano. This room is widely appreciated by our guests and is ideal in less favourable weather or to keep the children amused whist dinner is being prepared. There is a small charge for the play barn.

Electricity comes through a £1 pre-paid meter,  and off peak storage heaters throughout the house are charged for separately and can be used as and when needed in the colder months . The gas fired wood burner is included in the rent.
