Provisional bookings remain
firm for one week pending return of booking form and the deposit.
The balance is due 6 weeks
prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be
treated as cancellation, although where possible a telephone
call will be made to remind you.
CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, please
advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property
and return your payment. If we are unable to re-let all monies
will be forfeited. Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The cottage are available from 3.30pm
on the day of arrival to 9.30am on the day of departure.
GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying the
cottage must not exceed the number stated without written approval
from Riddlecombe Manor Farm.
PETS A well behaved pet is most welcome, by arrangement.
However it should not be taken in with the farm animals, left
alone in the cottage or allowed to foul the gardens.
In the unlikely event of your
cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g.
fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation
or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
The use of accommodation and
amenities including the farm, games room, play area and garden
is entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be
accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's
companions or guests.
